Hi everybody!!
some months ago, I changed my Motorola L7 mobile for an HTC s200, it has windows mobile, it’s ugly, usually hangs, and so on… but it runs pomod smoothly!! :D So, after some months enyoing such a wonderful program I decided to fix some of the bugs I found in my own beta-testing, and implement some new features:

  • When adding a file, the path is not shown on the list, only the filename
  • When pomod is closed, it saves automatically the playlist, and it is automatically loaded when program starts (well, this option is configurable through the options menu)
  • Fixed one bug about ‘Hold’ button
  • The project is now stored on google code, if you want you can take a look on that ugly code! :D

and thats it!! here you have v.0.7 :) enjoy it!!

For the next version, i’ll do a completely code refactoring, with some cool features like skin support, and hardware buttons support on WM2005/2006. Probably, the next version will have Compact Framework 2.0 dependencies, so maybe WM2002 users will not be able to run it… :( but, you can still use pomod 0.7 wich runs pretty well!!! :)

Long time has passed since my last post….. NEVER MORE!!!! I’ll keep posting from now on :)
I’ve some irrelevant news since my last post: new job, new (job) travel to USA, …
And some important news: I’m going to Mallorca 1 week!!! with Estefi and friends (Humbert, Toni and Arnau!), fiesta fiesta numa hey!! and…. I have bought an AMIGAAAAA!!!! and…. I WON EUSKAL!!!!!!! wiiiiiiiiii!!!

Yesssss!! one of my dreams come true some months ago!! I’ve bought a real AMIGA!!! no more WinUAE!!, Amiga for the winnnn!!! I’ve bought an Amiga 1200 + Bizzard 030 with 64Mb and SCSI controller (WOW!), external Hard disk mod, 2 Monitors (one high-res multysinc), external floppy-disk drive, and some other extra features (lots of floppys, commercial programs…), impressive! I’ll comment my experiences with the Amia soon :) … and… brefore you ask… “No, I don’t have plans to code for Amiga…………………… yet :) ”

Yeessssssssssss!!!! Spöntz won Esukal Party 15 with Cosmosis: Remix! I’m really happy about winning an important party (for me). Merlucin, Krome, isaac2 and me have worked hard to release a good demo, although some scenes are not pulished, maybe final version will have those scenes more “good looking”. By now on, we are working on a win32 port, wich is almost finished (still some misteryous bugs are being haunted). I think that in less than a week we will have ported the demo to windows.
I’ve been working with glsl shader support to the engine, and some other minor changes, and I’ve been suffering with merlucin 3 days of non-stop-demo-making, but… I allways liked party-coding, so my overall sensation of doing Cosmosis: Remix is very good :) … merlucin, you did a really good job, there is no doubt of that!!!!
Now I’m working in the engine to resolve some memory leaks and add new secret (and indocumented) features ;)

About my travel to Mallorca… expect some news in the next days ;)

About the new job and the travel to USA: I’ll go to Lexington (near Boston) this Sunday for 2 weeks, and I’ll do a quick visit (one weekend) to New York, I’m really happy to do this travel because I’m working in this new job for less than 2 months and already they are sending me to “client house” :) it’s really good news!! I’ll post each 2 days (+ or -) about my expereinces there.

Oleee!! potser a tots us es igual, pero ho tenia que dir (que caray! és el meu blog!!)!!

He canviat de feina!!!!! He deixat de treballar a Cirsa, per posarme a currar a Nte (Nuevas Tecnologías Espaciales), tot i que no faig res dedicat al espai, ja que estic al sector mèdic, probant uns analitzadors de sang…. i bueno, rollos que no venen a cuento :)
De moment.. agraïr des d’aqui als companys de Cirsa, que la meva estancia allà la han fet super agradable. M’ho he passat de Puta Mare allà, i la festa que vam fer de comiat va ser la ostia!! va ser un “back to the roots” amb taja inclusive! en fi, espectacular!!!!!
Sol espero que allà on vaig em trobi uns tios/ties tant de puta mare com el Xevi, la Helena o el Jose Luis, i més que em deixo!!! (i algunes que expressament no em deixo).
De moment el curro on estic pinta molt més professional, un clima super bo i …. bueno, ja aniré explicant…. no voldria avançar aconteixements!!

Ara… a per la festa de comiat del Xevi!!!… a veure si el Luismi s’anima d’aqui poc tambe…. i la Helena… bueno, és cosa seva ;)

Com sempre, la Breakpoint em deixa … flipant!!!
Aquest any no he pogut anar, però he pogut veure les demos que s’han presentat… buffffff!!!! impressionant!!!!
Podeu veure un molt bon resum al post del winden, val la pena. O sino, mirar directament la llista de prods de pouet.

Perdoneu que no comenti res… encara em dura el shock!

PD: Bueno si… la de farbrausch és la canyaaaaa… i la de commodore mola un ou tambeee!!! arf arf!! vaig a veure més!!!

Cocoa tutorial 3!!!

In this tutorial we will develop an Image Viewer!!! It supports lots of formats: jpg, gif (animated also!), png, tga, psd (!!), and some more.

Maybe I will complete the tutorial with 2 o 3 new features, but I’ll release as a new tutorial (something like, tutorial 4: image viewer improvements, or something like this).

I have recieved some mails with doubts and bugs about the tutorials I did, so I decided to update them.
Estefania (drumu) suggested me to design them with a better look (could you believe? she said that my old desing was ugly!! :P ), so I ask her for a new design, with CSS, new graphics, and good printing preview for a probably PDF export. And… she did it everything in one week! … and for free! hehe :) :**
So, here you are! new designed tutorials!!! thanks Estefi!!

I have to give thanks also to Madgoblin, Raymon L. and Chris W. who helped me finding some bugs or improvements in the tutorials, thanks all!

I’ll will be working hard this days!

Hola!
He fet un update d’aquests cutres i en 5 minuts a la page: He tret la galeria de fotos antiga i he posat una de nova. Crec que les fotos que hi habien abans eren cutrecilles i no interessaven a ningú, i al menys ara hi ha les del generador d’objectes, que segur que és més interessant que el que hi habia abans :D
La gallery, on sempre! have fun!!!

Sobre el sistema en flash que usa… un altre dia ho comentaré mes a fons (o no), però us avanço que está fet amb el Simple Viewer i el iPhoto Export.
